  1. What if you are a young girl with no team? What would you do then? And how do you find a team?

    1. Hi Taylor,

Where abouts do you stay and how old are you? If you let me know I can help you find a team closest to you.

      Kind Regards
      Amanda Bowden

  2. Hi there, so here’s the thing.. Im 13 in November I’ll be 14 ,, I love dancing especially cheerleading,, I have been dancing since I could remenber,, But not I don’t have any experience in cheerleading… I live in Boksburg.. Thank you very much!

    1. Hi Savannah,
Thank you for your email. Unfortunately I only have an 18+ team in Roodepoort, Johannesburg. The only team I know of in Boksburg is called Turbulence and they are also 18+. I can pass on their contact details to you if you are interested in getting in touch with them and perhaps they would be interested in starting a team for highschool students in your area.

      Kind Regards

  3. I lived in Nottingham and cheered there for about a month. I am 13 and quite flexible. I live in Joburg and I am looking for a team. Can you help?

    1. Hi There,

What team were you on in Nottingham? I was the head coach of the Sapphire Allstars based in Hertfordshire UK for 8 years, and now coaching here in SA! Currently I only have an 18+ team in Johannesburg called the Cheer Strike Allstars. We’ve had a few highschool students interested in starting a team with the Cheer Strike Allstars, but still do not have enough members. If you have a few more friends who would like to join cheerleading as well, we could potential start a team. We will need at least 15 memebers. Good Luck and keep in touch.

      Kind Regards

  5. Are there any cheer camps in Cape Town that you stay over night cause my dad can’t drive every day to the place. Also what time and how much is it?
Do you get assigned teams and uniforms or not and do you have to be a specific age cause I’m 15.
